Thanks for pointing to this video. It's a good addition to the Dell case study material. I play videos like this in social media training sessions that I offer. Seeing and hearing someone who's "been there and done it" is the best way to overcome the wariness that many people have about corporate use of social media.
If it really was the fault of a Dell hardware component, I would be happy to see what our options would be, and handle the issue personally.
